Toy Rollz - Pre-Order Policy

This Pre-Order Policy outlines the terms and conditions for placing pre-orders on www.toyrollz.com (the "Website"). By placing a pre-order, you agree to be bound by this policy.

1. Pre-Order Priority and Shipping

• Priority Access: Placing a pre-order with Toy Rollz guarantees you first priority from our incoming shipments. Your pre-ordered item(s) will be shipped as soon as we receive them in our warehouse.
• Shipping Timeframe: Pre-orders are shipped as soon as they arrive. We will provide estimated shipping dates based on information from our suppliers, but these dates are estimates only and are subject to change.
• Multiple Item Orders:
  • Mixed Orders (In-Stock and Pre-Order): If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, the in-stock items will be shipped immediately. The pre-order items will ship separately once all pre-ordered items in that order have arrived in our warehouse.
  • Multiple Pre-Order Items: If your order contains multiple pre-order items with different release dates, the entire order will ship only when all items are available. We do not ship partial orders of pre-order items.

2. Payment

• Immediate Payment: All pre-orders are charged in full at the time of purchase, not at the time of shipment. This secures your order and guarantees your priority.

3. Release Dates

• Estimated Dates: All release dates provided are estimates supplied by the manufacturer or distributor. These dates are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for delays caused by the manufacturer or distributor.
• Delays and Cancellations: We will make every effort to keep you informed of any significant delays or cancellations.

4. Cancellations

• Manufacturer Cancellations: If a pre-ordered item is canceled by the manufacturer, we will cancel your pre-order for that item and issue a full refund.
• Customer Cancellations: You may cancel a pre-order, but a 20% cancellation fee will apply. This fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers processing costs and the loss of potential sales.

This Shipping Policy describes how we ship orders placed on www.toyrollz.com (the "Website"). By placing an order, you agree to this Shipping Policy.

1. Shipping Costs and Methods

• FREE Standard Shipping: We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $69 within the contiguous United States.
• Orders Under $69: For orders under $69, shipping costs will be $4.95. You will see the shipping cost before you complete your purchase.
• Shipping Carriers: We primarily use USPS, UPS, and FedEx for shipping. The specific carrier used for your order may vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of your package. We reserve the right to choose the most appropriate carrier.
• Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We may expand our shipping destinations in the future. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes (Please verify this. Google Merchant Center prefers physical addresses).

2. Processing Time

• Order Processing: We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days of receiving your order. "Business days" are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
• Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed.
• Shipping Confirmation: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

3. Delivery Time

• Estimated Delivery: Once your order has shipped, please allow 3-7 business days for delivery. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Factors outside of our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays) may affect delivery times.
• Tracking Your Order: You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

4. Shipping Restrictions

• Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Undeliverable packages may be subject to return shipping fees.
• Signature Confirmation: For high-value orders, we may require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

• Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue. We are not responsible for lost packages where the carrier's tracking information indicates successful delivery.
• Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage (both the packaging and the product) before opening it. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged package. We may require you to return the damaged item, and we will work with you to provide a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
