Toy Rollz - Pre-Order Policy

This Pre-Order Policy outlines the terms and conditions for placing pre-orders on www.toyrollz.com (the "Website"). By placing a pre-order, you agree to be bound by this policy.
1. Pre-Order Priority and Shipping

Priority Access: Placing a pre-order with Toy Rollz guarantees you first priority from our incoming shipments. Your pre-ordered item(s) will be shipped as soon as we receive them in our warehouse.

Shipping Timeframe: Pre-orders are shipped as soon as they arrive. We will provide estimated shipping dates based on information from our suppliers, but these dates are estimates only and are subject to change.

Multiple Item Orders:

Mixed Orders (In-Stock and Pre-Order): If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, the in-stock items will be shipped immediately. The pre-order items will ship separately once all pre-ordered items in that order have arrived in our warehouse.

Multiple Pre-Order Items: If your order contains multiple pre-order items with different release dates, the entire order will ship only when all items are available. We do not ship partial orders of pre-order items.
2. Payment

Immediate Payment: All pre-orders are charged in full at the time of purchase, not at the time of shipment. This secures your order and guarantees your priority.
3. Release Dates

Estimated Dates: All release dates provided are estimates supplied by the manufacturer or distributor. These dates are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for delays caused by the manufacturer or distributor.

Delays and Cancellations: We will make every effort to keep you informed of any significant delays or cancellations.
4. Cancellations

Manufacturer Cancellations: If a pre-ordered item is canceled by the manufacturer, we will cancel your pre-order for that item and issue a full refund.

Customer Cancellations: You may cancel a pre-order, but a 20% cancellation fee will apply. This fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers processing costs and the loss of potential sales.
5. Agreement to Terms
By placing a pre-order with Toy Rollz, you acknowledge and agree to all of the terms and conditions stated in this Pre-Order Policy.
