  • FREE Standard Shipping: We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $69 within the contiguous United States.
  • Orders Under $69: For orders under $69, shipping costs will be $4.95. You will see the shipping cost before you complete your purchase.
  • Shipping Carriers: We primarily use USPS, UPS, and FedEx for shipping. The specific carrier used for your order may vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of your package. We reserve the right to choose the most appropriate carrier.
  • Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We may expand our shipping destinations in the future. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes (Please verify this. Google Merchant Center prefers physical addresses).

2. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days of receiving your order. "Business days" are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed.
  • Shipping Confirmation: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

3. Delivery Time

  • Estimated Delivery: Once your order has shipped, please allow 3-7 business days for delivery. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Factors outside of our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays) may affect delivery times.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue. We are not responsible for lost packages where the carrier's tracking information indicates successful delivery.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage (both the packaging and the product) before opening it. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged package. We may require you to return the damaged item, and we will work with you to provide a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
